Challenge: Differentiate in a crowded healthcare market while maintaining clinical credibility and making the experience feel warm and accessible.

Approach: Set the visual and UX direction around empathy and clarity. Defined an accessible, legible design system, and used illustration and tone to humanize the brand without compromising trust.

Outcome: Delivered a more emotionally resonant brand experience, improved approachability and confidence, and provided a scalable system teams could apply across touchpoints.
