Approach: Set the design direction for modular communication templates, grounded in strong hierarchy and typography. Used visual framing and interaction cues to guide attention, while aligning work to the broader design system.

Outcome: Reduced cognitive load, improved clarity and engagement, and delivered a scalable communication system teams could apply across channels.
